With the release of my Comb stage for RBR expected on Rally Sim Fans in the next major update I thought I would give a preview of the images used as splash screens on the final version. All ten different splash screens feature 3 cars and liveries that would have been used during the stage's time as part of the RAC Rally between the mid-1980s and early 1990s. Cars featured are: 1988, Mazda 323 BF 4WD Turbo GrpA 1986, Skoda 130 LR GrpB 1984, Opel Manta 400 GrpB If you enjoy my RBR stages, please consider using the secure Paypal link below to send a small donation to support my work. Welcome to a short February update for my Comb stage project for RBR. I have spent many months adding trees and other stage objects, but this is now complete. Still to do - small vegetation, fans, replay cameras, weather options and testing! Here are a few screenshots from Blender to show current the progress. That's it. That's the update. Until next time! Thank you. If you enjoy my RBR stages, please consider using the secure Paypal "Donate" button below to send a small donation to support my work. Welcome to the latest update on my Comb rally stage for RBR. This 9.1km stage is based on a real stage in the English Lake District that was used on the RAC rally from the 1960s to the 1990s and is still currently used for national rally events. Currently the bulk of the work at the moment is concentrated on placing the many objects along the route including fences, rocks, walls and 1000s of trees. Video preview below gives an idea of the fast and flowing first sector as you head up the valley before reaching the start of sector 2 where the stage heads deep into Whinlatter Forest. Work still to do includes: more large objects, object shading and lighting integration, weather and lighting, fans and spectators and all small vegetation. Check out my post here if you would like to find out how to be included as a spectator in the final version. Until next time, thanks everyone for your support!
